Cancellation Policy
Please note that once your appointment has been confirmed, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellation or rescheduling.
Clients who miss their appointment without providing 24 hour notice will be required to pay 50% of the missed appointment fee before booking another appointment.

If you arrive late for your appointment, your treatment time may be shortened to accommodate the next scheduled client. Additional time cannot be added, and the full service fee will still apply.
