MICRODERMABRASION
Microdermabrasion, also referred to as mechanical exfoliation or micro-resurfacing is a cosmetic technique that uses a mechanical medium for exfoliation along with adjustable suction to remove outermost layer of dead skin cells from the epidermis. Microdermabrasion is one of the best preventive and corrective treatments for aging skin. With age, the dermis thins out and the corneous layer thickens. Microdermabrasion triggers the skin’s repair mechanism. The dermis forms new collagen and elastin fibers and becomes thicker and more functional. The corneum is thinned to reveal beautiful glowing skin.

AFTER-CARE
Wear broad-spectrum sunscreen with SPF 30 or more every day
Avoid sun exposure
Apply hydrating products regularly and as often as necessary
Wash your face with cool water
Avoid skincare products that contain alcohol or acids
Avoid strenuous workouts, hot showers, swimming pools, saunas and steam rooms for up to 48 hours post treatment
Avoid additional exfoliation of the skin
You can resume use of your regular cosmetic products Retinol-A, AHA, glycolic Acid etc. 3 weeks after the treatment
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Fragile capillaries
Pregnancy and breastfeeding
Active bacterial, viral or fungal infection, facial herpes
Open or partly open wounds, burned skin
Preexisting inflammatory dermatoses (psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, pemphigus)
Facial cancers, diabetes, lupus
MUST WAIT at least
7 days after implanting dermal fillers
30 days after having a tattoo
A minimum of 3 months after treatments with fractional laser, CO2, erbium laser, etc.
6 months after taking anti-acne medications such as Accutane or Noraccutane
How to prepare for microdermabrasion?
Discontinue use of irritating products (Retinol-A or AHA) one week prior to microdermabrasion
Avoid sun exposure
Don’t use Glycolic, Retinol or other low pH products
How many treatments will I need?
A series of 6-12 treatments provides optimal skin rejuvenation benefits.
Treatment frequency depends on the skin type
Every 8 days for oily/thick skin
Every 10 days for normal skin
Every 15 days for dry skin
MICRO-CURRENT FACE LIFT
This treatment provides complete skin rejuvenation. During this facial LED Red Light and Micro-Currents are applied simultaneously. This function provides advanced treatment solutions to fight the aging process at the Epidermal, Dermal and Muscular Levels.
10-15 sessions 1-2 times a week is recommended for optimal results, followed by maintenance session once every 4-6 weeks.
BLUE LIGHT ACNE THERAPY (45 min)
The Purelight Satellite is a revolutionary acne treatment. The violet light at 420 nm targets the bacteria responsible for acne outbreaks. Purelight uses a natural visible light spectrum at a specific wavelength. It is both natural and non invasive. It helps to improve skin texture, reduce inflammation, treat acne and prevent breakouts. There is no recovery time.
2 sessions a week for 5 weeks is recommended for optimal results.
GREEN LIGHT HYPERPIGMENTATION TREATMENT (45 min)
Combining microdermabrasion with Purelight G Treatments and lightening products is necessary and will produce better results.
8-12 treatments 1-2 times a week is recommended for optimal results.
